We use multiple sourcing strategies which draw on our extensive market coverage within the pharmaceutical and medical sector. Candidates are interviewed thoroughly against pre-agreed criteria specific to the role, using a range of questioning techniques relevant to the senior executive market. Preliminary references of short-listed candidates are obtained prior to presentation and the entire recruitment process is closely managed by the senior project team.

We differentiate ourselves from generalist search agencies by drawing upon our industry-specific extensive networks to access top level candidates. We utilize the knowledge of senior consultants in the business to identify and connect with candidates rather than delegating this responsibility to research teams.
